The village of Poço Redondo is situated in the unspoilt landscape of vineyards, olive and fig trees, orange and lemon groves and eucalyptus and pine forests.
The small camping, maximum of 60 people capacity, is within 10 km of the historic city of Tomar and 5 km from the beautiful Lake Zézere (officially: Albufeira doe Castelo de Bode).
There are 3 wooden bungalows and one stone cottage for guests, 10 places for campers or caravans and some 20 sites for tents.
Olive and citrus trees give shade and the camping has a bar, sun terrace, a 11x5.5m pool and games room. In the high season (July-August) there will be a daily service for breakfast and on certain days dinner .
Camping Redondo is a member of the “Rota do Portugal” (www.rdpcampings.eu), which is a small group of rural camping's with English speaking (mostly Dutch) owners, spread from north to south throughout Portugal and within a day’s drive of each other.
