Bookings - Conditions of Payment

For bookings made more than 30 days before the start of the holiday, a deposit of 25% of the total price of the facilities reserved must be paid via Paypal to Camping Redondo Lda at the time of booking. The balance must be paid upon arrival.
For bookings made less than 30 days before the start date of the holiday, payment must be made via Paypal in full at the time of booking Camping Redondo. The reservation becomes effective upon receipt of the payment.

 

Cancellation and Alterations
Booking alterations

Alterations to your booking may be made at no cost, subject to availability.
However, in the absence of any notification regarding change of arrival date, the accommodation may be made available for sale again after 24 hours.

Unused facilities

Any stay that is interrupted or cut short (late arrival, early departure) by you shall not automatically give rise to reimbursement.

Cancellation by Camping Redondo

In the event of cancellation by Camping Redondo, the stay will be reimbursed in full.

Cancellation by the client

Any cancellation of a booking must be notified by e-mail to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. .

If the cancellation occurs:
- Less than 30 days before the start of the stay: the prepaid deposit shall be retained.

- Less than 10 days before the start of the stay: 50% of the total cost of the booking will be required to be paid.

 

Prices

The prices advertised on the website refer to 2013 and include IVA (value added tax).

Chalets

Prices are based on four persons per chalet; they include use of gas, electricity and television, all crockery, cutlery& bed linen. Additional persons in the chalet are charged at 12 Euros pppd. Access to swimming pool, bar area, BBQ and games areas is included in the cost.

Tent, Camper and Caravan Pitches
Prices include the pitch and access to the toilet blocks and washing up areas, use of campers fridge (tent campers only), BBQ, games areas, swimming pool and bar area. Awnings and additional tented areas may be rented & will be charged separately during peak season.

 

Visitors

Camping Redondo clients are most welcome to invite visitors during their stay. However it is not possible due to the size of our facilities to receive visitors during the peak season of July and August. Outside of these times, it is possible to receive visitors upon payment of 3 euros pp.

 

Your Stay
Arrival

Campers and caravaners may arrive from 11 pm, access to the chalets from 3pm

Departure

Chalets - Midday

The accommodation shall be left clean and any breakage or damage must be reported to the management.
In the event of the accommodation not having been cleaned before your departure, a fixed cleaning charge of 25€ will apply. It is also possible to use the services of the Camping Redondo cleaning staff at a cost of 10 euros.

Any delayed departure after 5pm, will be charged for an additional day.

Tents, Campers and Caravans - by 3pm

 

During Your Stay

Health and Insurance

It is responsibility of all clients to have adequate medical, personal and vehicle insurance cover, Camping Redondo Lda accepts no responsibility in the event of theft, fire, bad weather, etc., or personal injury whilst engaging in any activities on or offsite arranged through Camping Redondo. Vehicles and their accessories are left at client's own risk. Camping Redondo Lda will not be responsible for loss or damage thereof or thereto from any cause whatsoever.

In the event of a personal accident or medical problem during your stay, clients will require to present a European Health Insurance card and/or Private Health Insurance cover to receive professional medical treatment. There is a First Aid kit available at Reception for use for minor ailments.

 

Pets

Pets - apart from dangerous dogs - are admitted in Camping Redondo, for a supplement payable at the time of booking. When admitted, they must be kept on a lead at all times. They are prohibited from the swimming-pool areas, the bar, and inside the chalets.

 

Complaints

Any potential complaint concerning equipment, facilities, damages to vehicles or persons during your stay at Camping Redondo must be notified in writing to the management of Camping Redondo within 10 days of the end of the stay. A Complaints Book is available at Reception. Most important, if you enjoyed your stay here, please tell others, but if by chance it fell short of your expectations, please tell us!

 

Data Processing and Client Information

Camping Redondo Lda confirm that any information a client provides at the time of booking will not be transmitted to any third party. We shall treat this information as confidential and it shall be used solely by the Camping Redondo management team for processing reservations.

 

Camping Redondo Responsibility

All photographs and text used in the Camping Redondo brochure or on the website are non-contractual and are for information purposes only. Certain activities and facilities offered by Camping Redondo may be subject to change, particularly when due to adverse weather conditions.

 

Exclusion

Camping Redondo reserve the right at all times to refuse admission or ban persons from the premises.
