At Redondo we have a variety of facilities for your holiday comfort and convenience.

Internet

WiFi, fax and photocopy facilities are available at reception 8.30-1pm and 5-8.30pm.

Bar / Cafe

The Bar/Café is open from 8.30am until late with a siesta break from 1-3pm.

Breakfast – Continental or full English can be taken at the Bar/Café daily also a variety snacks available.

Camp Dinners – 7-10pm There is also a delivery service available from the Churrasqueira in Tomar – ask at the Bar for the menu.

Periodically during the summer live music is arranged at the Bar and also outings to Fado evenings.

Groceries

It is possible to purchase Redondo olive oil, free range eggs, local wines, seasonal fruits and vegetables and a small selection of groceries.

Swimming Pool

Clients have free use of the swimming pool, terrace & bar, BBQ area, bar and games areas;a selection of games and DVD s are available at the Bar. There is a baby changing facility in the ladies bathroom behind the bar.

During the peak season (July - August) we regret it is not possible to entertain outside visitors or guests at the pool.

Children's Play Area

Children's playground area with climbing frame, seesaw, and swing located near the Orchard.

Recycling

We manage a small recycling area on site which we encourage clients to use.

Outside Facilities - Meals and Shopping

At some 300 metres from the camping in the village is Café Fronteira where Manuela serves good value meals upon request – please make your reservation at the Bar. Also in our village is a village club, where you can play full sized pool, table football and have drinks or coffee from 8.30pm until late in the evening.

The village of Junceira, on the way to Tomar, has a petrol station and large café run by Antonio who serves lunch and dinner – please make your reservation at the Bar.

In Serra, on the way to the lake there is a small well stocked supermarket, post office, butcher, baker, cash machine (ATM) and cafes. These parishes are respectively 2 and 4 km from the camping.

A bus service operates twice daily early morning and lunchtime from the Café Fronteira into the main Bus Station in Tomar. Camping Redondo also lifts clients to and from Tomar on request.
